Ash S. has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. They started their career at Utopia as an MDG Consultant in 2016 and then moved on to work as an Integration Manager at IBM from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they worked as a Technical Advisor at ERPGenie LLC from 2018 to 2020, and as an Integration Architect at 407 ETR from 2019 to 2021. In 2022, Ash S. co-founded AdaptiveBrane and served as a Co-Founder until 2022. They also worked as a Business Architect at Aecon Group Inc. from 2022 to 2023, as a Lead Business Architect at Liberty in 2021, and as a Business Technology stream lead at Hydro One from 2020 to the present. Currently, in 2023, Ash S. is serving as a Director at Ecoservity Inc. Moreover, they have recently founded The Good Quarter Company Ltd. in 2022.

Ash S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Delhi University in the years 1996 to 1999.
