T. Shields

T. (Trudy) Shields is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Hydro One since November 2013, T. Shields oversees various HR teams, focusing on strategy, digital enablement, and payroll operations. Prior roles include Director of the HR Service Centre, where oversight of HR operations for approximately 19,000 employees was provided, and Manager of HR Business Partner, delivering guidance to senior leadership. T. Shields also served as the Founder and Principal of T Solutions Company, offering strategic HR consultancy, and held positions at Consumer Impact Marketing Ltd. as Human Resources Director and Manager, where management of large non-union workforces was key.
