Alexander Franco

Alexander Franco is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing significant infrastructure and communication projects primarily at Hydro Québec since September 2017. Responsibilities have included leading the transition to Microsoft Teams for unified communications, overseeing the implementation of Office 365 workloads, and optimizing IT data center operations within the OPTICT program. Prior to Hydro Québec, Alexander held senior project management roles at PSP Investments, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), and Citifinancière Canada Inc., focusing on diverse IT infrastructure projects, including cloud services and enterprise communication solutions.
