Claude Séguin

Claude Séguin is the current director at Hydro-Québec. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies including Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Exfo Inc., and Groupe CGI. Claude has also been involved with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and Teleglobe. From 1987 to 1992, they were a sous-ministre at the Ministère des Finances.

Claude Séguin has a BAA in Économie Appliquée from HEC Montréal, an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Administration publique from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, and an MPA et PH.D. from Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
