Julio Arraes

Julio Arraes is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project management and network architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Telecommunications Project Manager at Hydro Québec since March 2019, Julio focuses on managing telecommunications projects, including the planning and deployment of optical, IP, and wireless networks. Prior roles include Architect/Telecom VoIP and Multimedia at Videotron, where Julio chaired the LTE Architecture Committee and coordinated multi-departmental architecture efforts, and Project Manager at Bell Canada, overseeing wireless data charge and control projects. Julio has also held positions at Vantrix, CGI, and Vivo, contributing to the design and implementation of multimedia solutions and network infrastructures. Julio's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Practices from Concordia University.
