Phil Gyu Choe

Phil Gyu Choe is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator for Unified Communications at Hydro Québec since February 2021, Phil previously held roles at Wells Fargo as an Assistant Vice President and System Operations Engineer from October 2017 to February 2021, and at GE Capital from January 2004 to September 2017, where responsibilities included telecommunication management and backup administration. Phil possesses a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from UQAM and has a strong background in project management, technical execution, and team leadership.
