Michael Pitsokos

Michael Jean Pitsokos formed a new corporate identity and purchased patents and assets from previous Hydrocapsule technology owners. He secured a new 35,000 sq. foot location in Georgia and facilitated move. He built a new laboratory and set up Hydrocapsule systems and hired new Polymer chemists and formed a research team. He designed a new proprietary nozzle system and updated system designs and appointed new patent counsel and filed an additional regular patent on system improvements.

He acted as Business Development Manager and secured multiple Development Agreements, he developed novel polymer formulations for agricultural and recreational markets and created a new product line and Brand for commercialization of Hydrocapsule technology

He acted as Chief Liaison with chemical corporations for new polymer formulation data and filed registrations with the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with Regulation D for capital raising requirements.
