Eric Ceresnie

Eric Ceresnie is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and international markets, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Hydrofarm since April 2018. Prior to this role, Eric was a Partner at Hawthorn Equity Partners from 2017 to 2020 and held the position of Vice President at Monomoy Capital Partners from 2011 to 2016. Eric's earlier career includes Vice President positions at Ernst & Young and Sleep Innovations, as well as experience as a Senior Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney and Co-Founder of QE Tools LLC. Eric holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, completed in 2005 and 2004, respectively.
