Alicia Licht

Alicia Licht has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alicia began their career at Culver Careers in 2005, starting as an entry level recruiter and quickly getting promoted to Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of recruiters while also meeting personal recruiting goals and team profit goals.
