Carson Kermode

Carson Kermode has extensive work experience in the life sciences recruitment industry. Carson is currently an Associate Vice President at Hydrogen Group, where they specialize in providing tailored recruitment solutions and services for biotech, drug development, and medical device companies.

Prior to their current role, Carson served as a Sr. Account Executive at Ascent Services Group from 2016 to 2022. Carson focused on contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and direct hire search for FDA-regulated industries, with a particular emphasis on drug and device development.

From 2013 to 2016, Carson worked as a Business Development Manager at Randstad Pharma, offering customized staffing and project-based solutions for life science organizations across all phases of development. Carson also spent two years as a Business Development Manager at ClinForce, from 2011 to 2013.

Carson began their career at Assent Consulting in 2008 as a Business Development professional, where they provided consultants for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in various specialized areas, including clinical research, regulatory affairs, and data management.

Carson Kermode received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management and Human Ecology from Bethel College-North Newton in 1998. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Wichita State University and earned a Master of Education degree in Sport Administration.
