Wil Conn

Wil Conn is an experienced professional in the aquaculture industry, currently serving as Sales Manager Aquaculture at Hydrotech AB since September 2022. Prior roles include Technical Account Manager and Trials Coordinator for Ridley Corporation Ltd, where responsibilities included coordinating commercial trials of Novacq. As Director and Principal Consultant at Conn & Associates, Wil provided specialized aquaculture services. Previous experience includes General Manager and Aquaculture Development Manager at RADAQUA, focusing on aquatic environment technology solutions, and Fish Performance Manager at Humpty Doo Barramundi Pty Ltd. Wil has also worked as Industry Recovery Officer for the Queensland Seafood and Aquaculture industries and as Project Manager for the Queensland Aquaculture Skills Formation Strategy. Wil holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Fish Biology from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Biological Sciences from the University of the West of England.
