Dan Dunn

Dan Dunn is the current Chief Operating Officer at Hydrow. Prior to this, they held various positions in product management and customer experience. Their previous companies include HubSpot, Tabblo/Hewlett-Packard, and IMLogic/Symantec.

Dan has always been interested in technology and its potential to improve people's lives. This led him to pursue a career in product management, where they could use their skills to help development teams create products that customers would love. Dan has a passion for tracking metrics and ensuring that product teams are aligned with the company's goals.

In their role as Manager of Customer Experience at Tabblo/Hewlett-Packard, Dan was responsible for overseeing the customer support team. Dan helped to improve the team's efficiency and implemented new policies that improved the customer experience. Dan also worked closely with the product development team to ensure that new products met customer needs.

At IMLogic/Symantec, Dan worked as a Senior Support Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support to customers and helped them troubleshoot issues with the software. Dan also worked with the development team to test new features and designs.

Dan has always been committed to providing the best possible experience for customers. Dan uses their knowledge of technology and customer needs to help companies create products that improve people's lives.

Dan Dunn attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned a BS in mechanical engineering.
