Dr. E. A. Dawi

Dr. E. A. Dawi is an accomplished Associate Professor in Nanomaterials at the University of Ajman since August 2016 and a Senior R&D Scientist at Eindhoven University of Technology since September 2011. Prior roles include Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Eindhoven University of Technology from September 2009 to September 2011 and PhD Fellow at Universiteit Utrecht from June 2005 to September 2009. Dr. Dawi's research focuses on the properties and applications of nano-plasmonic metallic particles, exploring their potential in nanophotonic technologies, including sub-wavelength light guiding, plasmon lasers, advanced LEDs, and enhanced solar cell performance. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials from Utrecht University and a Master's Degree from Linköping University.
