Shantiswaroop Mishra

Shantiswaroop Mishra is currently a Research Scientist in Diagnostics at HyET Solar Netherlands B.V. since September 2023. Previously, Shantiswaroop served as a Teaching Assistant at Delft University of Technology from March 2023 to July 2023, contributing to the design and evaluation of the System Integration project course. Shantiswaroop also completed a master's thesis at HyET Solar Netherlands B.V. from August 2022 to July 2023, focusing on the role of in-situ diagnostics in the quality assurance and control of thin-film flexible solar modules. As a Project Intern at the same company, Shantiswaroop optimized in-line diagnostics for these solar modules and developed an analytical method to gather more information from the solar cell's silicon layers. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Finance at the Association of Energy Engineers and a summer internship at Indian Railways. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energy Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
