Rafael Loehrer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in growth strategy and management across various industries. Currently the Head of Growth at Hygen Energy, Rafael also serves as the CEO and Owner of Blue Capital and Services since January 2021. Prior roles include Executive VP of Strategy & Growth at TES-H2 and Commercial Director for Switzerland. Rafael's career began as a co-founder at Deep Thermal Energy and CERES AGRO, followed by significant positions at Hitachi Zosen Inova and mageba group. With an MBA from INSEAD and dual degrees in Civil Engineering from ETH Zürich, Rafael combines strong academic credentials with a robust professional background.
