Ricardo Costa

Ricardo Costa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Ricardo is currently employed as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Hygraph since June 2023. Before that, they worked at Anchorage Digital from May 2022 to March 2023 as a Member Of Technical Staff, Frontend, where they played a crucial role in implementing user behavior analysis and feature flag and release management. From February 2021 to May 2022, Ricardo worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Hopin. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Talkdesk from May 2016 to January 2021, where they provided technical advisory and worked on building a new Live Reporting product. Before their tenure at Talkdesk, they worked as an IT Consultant at VILT from August 2012 to May 2016. Ricardo also has experience in web management, having worked at XIX Semana Informática from June 2011 to March 2012 and at XVIII Semana Informática (IST) from June 2010 to March 2011.

Ricardo Costa pursued their education at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from 2007 to 2011. Ricardo furthered their education at the same institution and completed a Master's degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering, specializing in Computer Software Engineering, from 2010 to 2012.
