Bill started their career at State Farm as a Customer Service Associate, where they excelled in selling and servicing insurance and financial products. Bill then joined LassiterWare, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Communications, VP Operations, CFO, and VP of Agency Development. In these roles, Bill played a key role in strategic planning, financial strategies, and operational oversight, leading to increased shareholder value and the implementation of business perpetuation plans. Additionally, they worked at Hylant as the Vice President of Operations and Regional VP of P&C, Southeast. In these positions, they oversaw office growth, supported team expansions, and achieved significant results in sales and service capabilities. Prior to their corporate roles, Bill served in the Army National Guard as a Captain and Commander of the Finance Detachment.
