Lisa Rommel

Lisa Rommel has a diverse work history in various leadership roles within different organizations. Lisa started their most recent position in 2022 at Hylant as a Client Service Manager-Employee Benefits. Prior to this, they worked at Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana from 2018 to 2022, where they held the positions of Director of Human Resources and Director of Leadership and Recruitment. From 2012 to 2018, Lisa worked at Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana again, with roles including Director of Leadership Development, Director of Supported Living, and Assistant Director of Supported Living. Lisa'searliest recorded position was at Lutheran Social Services of Indiana in 2011 as the Director of Case Management Services.
