Thomas Larsen

Thomas Hyldgaard Larsen is an experienced professional in the social care sector, currently serving as Direktør og medejer at Hyldgaard & Larsen since July 2019, overseeing multiple botilbud, including facilities with varying capacities from 1 to 20 places. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at EKKOfonden from October 2006 to May 2019 as Markedschef og visitator and as Visitator og leder for specialgruppen. Earlier experience includes being a Pædagogisk medarbejder og koordinator at VRC from August 2000 to September 2006. Thomas holds a degree in Socialpædagogik from VIA University College and has pursued additional training, including courses in youth sanctions coordination and systemic leadership, as well as a board member education from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus.
