Stefan Otto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stefan co-founded and served as the Managing Partner at e-pixler GmbH, a full-thinking digital agency, from 2011 to the present. At e-pixler GmbH, they focused on providing holistic solutions for clients in the digital world by combining strategy, consulting, programming, and creative passion.

In 2022, Stefan co-founded HYLI GmbH, a startup focused on digitizing estate planning and inheritance. As the Chief Financial Officer, they actively contribute to the success of the company.

Additionally, Stefan serves as a Business Angel at reignite.gg, a gaming company. With reignite Gamer Identity as their foundation, Stefan and the team work on personality-based matchmaking, enhancing their position in the online multiplayer gaming market.

In 2017, they obtained the "GmbH-Gchäftsführer (TÜV)" certification from TÜV NORD GROUP. In 2019, Stefan completed the "Train-the-Trainer" certification from Competence on Top GmbH. More recently, in 2021, they obtained two certifications: "Digital Transformation Manager (TÜV)" from TÜV NORD GROUP and "M & A – Unternehmen kaufen und verkaufen" from ASG Consult GmbH.
