Lisa started their career as an Account Manager/Client Services at VertMarkets, Inc. where they were responsible for business development and management of eCommerce centers. Lisa then moved on to QVC as an Internet Merchandiser, where they grew a $150M business and exceeded sales goals. At Limited Brands - Bath & Body Works Direct, Lisa served as a Product Manager, managing over $125M in sales and developing a multi-channel web strategy. Lisa later joined Lowe's as the Marketing Lead for Lowes.com, where they led corporate marketing programs and achieved significant growth in impressions and visitors.
Lisa's experience also includes working as the Head of eCommerce for Fashionbug.com at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. Lisa managed the P&L and achieved substantial revenue growth. Lisa then became the Vice President of Client Strategy at NetElixir, where they played a key role in client strategy development. Lisa also founded and served as the CEO of My Kid's Threads, an online marketplace for buying and selling children's designer clothing.
In addition to their corporate roles, Lisa has been involved with nonprofit organizations. Lisa joined The Baby Bureau as a Board of Directors member, contributing to their mission of providing clothing to underserved babies in the community. Currently, Lisa works as the Executive Vice President, Digital at Hylunia Skincare, where they bring their expertise in digital strategy and leadership.
