Kevin Jahn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kevin is currently working as a Consultant and Account Manager at HYPE Innovation, where they provide strategic advice to new and existing clients on building, relaunching, and expanding their corporate suggestion systems and innovation management. Kevin also manages long-term customer partnerships and portfolios for both small and large organizations.
In 2018, Kevin worked as a Lecturer for Authentic and Sustainable Leadership at HTWK Leipzig - University of Applied Sciences. There, they focused on defining leadership as influence and delivering impactful lectures.
Prior to their current position, Kevin worked as a Consultant and Account Manager at HLP Informationsmanagement GmbH, where they were responsible for various business and organizational tasks. Kevin also gained experience as a Leading Sales Agent at Tourlane, where they demonstrated their sales expertise.
Kevin's earlier experiences include serving as a Department Head and Board Member of Business Development at SCHNEIDER GROUP, where they provided consulting services to international companies in Russia, including market entry strategies, legal and financial requirements, and tax and migration legislation. Kevin also analyzed market trends, calculated costs and fees, and coordinated departments in projects.
Kevin started their career as an intern in Process and Product Management at Spairliners GmbH, where they used BPM software and tools to analyze over 120 operational processes within the A380 aircraft component supply chain, resulting in cost optimizations. Kevin also gained internship experience in Quality Management at E.ON, researching quality certification requirements and providing strategic proposals to the management.
Before their internships, Kevin worked as a Bank Clerk at Kreissparkasse Köln, where they advised customers on daily banking activities, stocks, mortgages, loans, insurance, retirement plans, and savings. Kevin also handled customer complaints and problem-solving on-site at the third-largest savings bank in Germany.
Kevin Jahn began their education in 2007 at Kaufmännisches Berufskolleg Oberberg where they earned their degree in Bankkaufmann, specializing in Bank-, Unternehmens-, Finanz- und Wertpapierrecht. Kevin then continued their studies at Fachhochschule Lübeck from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung. Most recently, from 2017 to 2019, Jahn pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership and Sustainability at the University of Cumbria.
