Anastacia Anastascio has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Anastacia began their career as a Managing Editor for Eleven and A Half Magazine, where they managed a team of 15 student content creators and sought out content contributors. Anastacia then worked as a Shift Manager for Starbucks, where they trained 30+ employees and created goal plans with a timeline with them to ensure company success. From 2017-2019, Anastacia worked as a Substitute Teacher for Direct Ed, a Behavioral Health Technician for the Center for Autism & Related Disabilities at USF, an Operations Manager for Destination Science, and a Social Media Manager for Old School Pilates. In 2018, Anastacia became an English Teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District, where they designed and implemented full-year curriculum plans that impacted over 300 students. In 2020, they founded The Spiritual Goth, a wellness life coaching business centered on spiritual development for clients. Here, Anastacia developed a consistent brand strategy and marketing funnel in order to gain consumers, growing social media following 800% in less than a year. Finally, in 2022, Anastacia became the Social Media Marketing Manager for Pico, a tech software company focused on providing creators with the tools they need to be successful. In this role, they act as the primary owner of Pico's social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok, including content strategy, content syndication, scheduling, and reporting. Anastacia also builds and manages relationships with creators, reaching out to them via emails or DMs to support user growth and marketing partnerships.
Anastacia Anastascio began their educational journey in 2013 when they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Creative Writing and Literature from The New School. Anastacia then continued their studies in 2016, obtaining their Master of Arts - MA in Teaching from the University of Southern California. In 2018, Anastacia obtained their Teaching License-Standard from the Los Angeles Unified School District. Anastacia then went on to obtain their Master of Arts - MA in English from National University in 2019. Finally, in 2020, Anastacia obtained their Master of Fine Arts - MFA in Creative Writing from National University.
