Alexey Tikhonov

Alexey Tikhonov is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in eMobility and investment sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Hyper since May 2022, Alexey leads an eMobility Service Provider and charge point operator focused on commercial fleets and public transport. Previously, Alexey served as Senior Managing Director at JSC RUSNANO, overseeing investment projects related to Electric Vehicles and ESG strategies. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Projects at Alrosa Company Limited and Director positions at Kinetik, Polyus Gold, and the Far East and Baikal region Development Fund, where Alexey managed strategic initiatives and M&A activities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, a Master's Degree in Finance from New Economic School, and a Master of Public Administration from RANEPA.
