Girish Navalgundkar

Girish Navalgundkar has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Girish currently serves as the Co-founder and Head of Analytics and Services Delivery at Hyper Cognition since April 2018. Prior to this, Girish held the role of Head of Data Analytics & Services Delivery at VADARO Inc from February 2015 to April 2018.

Before joining VADARO Inc, Girish worked at Cavisson Systems, Inc. as the Director of Product Management and Professional Services from September 2012 to February 2015. During their time at Cavisson Systems, Girish launched a cloud-based performance testing solution and developed POCs for new customer accounts.

Prior to Cavisson Systems, Girish worked at Cisco Systems as a Project Manager/Technical Leader Engineering CRBU from May 2005 to September 2012. Girish started their career at Utstarcom Inc as a Distinguished Engineer from March 1999 to May 2005. Before that, Girish worked at Ficon Technology as a Member of Technical Staff from May 1998 to March 1999. Girish started their professional journey as a Software Engineer at CDOT from March 1996 to May 1998.

Girish Navalgundkar attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for an executive education program called LEAD, specializing in the field of study of Executive Education. Prior to this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1994 to 1996. Girish completed their undergraduate studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.
