Calvin Field

Calvin Field has over 10 years of work experience in the marketing and operations industry. Calvin began their career in 2012 as a Franchise Management Assistant at The Walt Disney Company. In 2014, they were promoted to Marketing Coordinator and then to Marketing Coordinator (Digital D2C) - UK & EMEA. In 2017, they moved to HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as an Acquisition Marketing Manager. In 2018, they joined Unruly as a Business Development Manager and was later promoted to Senior Business Development Manager - Growth. In 2020, they took on the role of Bus Dev & Marketing Lead (During MBA) at Neutreeno. In 2021, they moved to Ayda as a Marketing and Sales Lead and also took on the role of MBA Consultant - Global Consulting Project at Manchester United. Currently, Calvin Field is a Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager at Hyperexponential.

Calvin Field obtained a BA Hons in Business Management and Marketing from Nottingham Trent University between 2010 and 2014. Calvin then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Cambridge in 2021. In addition, they obtained a Dynamic Presenter certification from Body Talk in November 2020.
