Pratik Shekhar

Pratik Shekhar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Hyperface since June 2021, Pratik previously worked at PayPal from January 2016 to May 2021, where notable contributions included building features for PayPal's availability product StandIn and integrating major financial institutions like Bank of America and Citibank into PayPal’s services. Prior to PayPal, Pratik gained experience as an intern at Dekoit Technologies, where front-end and back-end development in the Magento framework was accomplished, as well as at Steel Authority of India Limited, where an intern management portal was developed. Pratik's leadership skills were demonstrated as Head of Technical for the Technology and Gaming Club at the Vellore Institute of Technology, facilitating workshops and gaming events. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
