Libby (Landry) Moore, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Libby is currently working as a Sr People Ops Generalist at Hyperfine, starting in May 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2021 to May 2022.

From April 2018 to January 2021, Libby served as the General Manager at INVICTUS FITNESS INC. In this role, they focused on improving employee morale, implementing employee recognition programs, and developing staff members. Libby also managed HR functions such as recruitment, hiring, training, and resignations. Libby successfully resolved conflicts and introduced proactive employee relations strategies.

Before that, from January 2016 to April 2018, they held the position of General Manager at Fathom CrossFit. Libby streamlined internal processes, created training plans for coach development, and designed a new member onboarding experience. Libby also implemented a performance management system and organized community engagement events.

Libby started their career as a Corporate Wellness Intern at Francis Parker School in October 2015 and continued until July 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a key leader at lululemon athletica from October 2014 to February 2016.

Libby (Landry) Moore, PHR has an extensive education history. Libby attained their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication at Louisiana State University (LSU) between 2008 and 2012.

In addition to their academic achievements, Libby has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skill set. Libby holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in October 2020. Moreover, they are a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) certified by CrossFit, Inc., which they achieved in January 2018. Libby also holds a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer certification from CrossFit, Inc., earned in October 2016. Furthermore, Libby is a CrossFit Kids Trainer, which they acquired in April 2014, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer attained in August 2013.
