Alex Petrov

Alex Petrov is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on information security and technology leadership. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at HyperFusion since April 2023, Alex oversees one of the GCC’s largest Generative AI Cloud services. Previously, Alex held positions such as Chief Security Officer at Unlimint and Chief Information Officer at Bitfury, where expertise in software and hardware solutions was developed. Additionally, extensive consulting work was performed from 2003 to 2021, involving IT audits, business process optimization, and enterprise management. Past roles include CTO positions at UNITED HUBBING LIMITED and leading teams in IT security consultancy at Secproof Finland Oy. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the International University of Economics and has a background in risk management and system administration.
