Javier Navarro Justicia

Javier Navarro Justicia is an experienced Process Engineer with a solid background in new product industrialization and process optimization, currently working at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since August 2017. Responsibilities include managing projects related to equipment acquisition and production upgrades, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and applying compacting expertise. Prior to this role, Javier worked at AMES-Sintered metallic components for nearly six years, focusing on product industrialization, process optimization, and tooling design. Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, earned between 2003 and 2010.
