Carla Gustafson

Carla Gustafson is the current Head of Talent at HyperionDev. Carla has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked with various companies in a variety of industries. Carla started their career as a Business Developer with African Global Academy. Carla then moved on to Juta & Company as a Project Manager for Adult Learning. In December 2014, they joined WhereIsMyTransport as their Human Capital Lead. After three years with the company, Carla left to join Ginkgo Agency as their Human Resources Officer. In July 2018, they returned to HyperionDev as an HR Management Consultant. In their current role, Carla is responsible for talent acquisition and development, as well as employee relations.

Carla Gustafson has a degree in Applied Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Carla also has a certificate in Advance HR Management from GetSmarter, and a certificate in Public Relations and Applied Communication from Varsity College. Carla also has a certification from ETDP SETA in Assessor NQF5, and two certifications from SEESA (Pty) Ltd in B-BBEE and Employment Equity.
