Balvinder Dhillon

Balvinder Dhillon is a Master of Engineering student specializing in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Queen Mary University of London, where Balvinder serves as a SEMS Student Ambassador, facilitating outreach activities and representing the Engineering & Material Sciences division. Currently shadowing Professor Knight's Organ On Chip research group, Balvinder is gaining insights into advanced microfluidics and tissue engineering. As President at Hyperlink, Balvinder has co-authored two significant biomedical research papers focused on electromagnetic shielding for hyperloop pods and ergonomic seating designs. Balvinder also held roles as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the William Harvey Research Institute, a Vice President for Engineers Without Borders UK, and participated in various internships, enhancing skills in engineering, research, and innovation in the fields of biomedical technology and space mission design.
