Tadeu Tavares

Tadeu Tavares has a diverse work experience in the fields of IT infrastructure, operations, security, and governance. Tadeu started their career at FAPESP in 1993, where they worked as an intern and researcher. Tavares then joined TecBan in 1995, where they held various managerial positions. Tadeu was responsible for implementing project management methodologies, governance, and security standards. Tadeu also led a team of developers and managed key projects such as network renewal and software distribution. In 2011, Tavares joined Hypera as the Head of Operations Infrastructure & Security. Tadeu oversaw the IT project portfolio, managed third-party and internal infrastructure, and established and maintained the information security program. Tavares remained in this role until 2020 when the information about their current position is not specified.

Tadeu Tavares earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1994. Tadeu then pursued an MBA in General Management from USP - FIA in 2006-2007. Tadeu also obtained a Specialist degree in Project Management from Fundação Vanzolini - USP in 2003-2004, and a Master's degree in Information Systems from Senac - SP in 1999-2000. Additionally, they achieved certifications such as CBCP Certification in Continuidade de Negócios from Daryus in 2012, and PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
