Robert H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Robert currently works at Hyperproof as a Technical Product Support Specialist. Prior to this, they had a significant tenure at Blackbaud, where they held positions as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst and Software Implementation Consultant. In these roles, Robert collaborated with multi-functional teams and external client teams, executed new client SAAS implementation builds, extracted business requirements, conducted pre-sales activities, and delivered online solution implementations. Before their time at Blackbaud, Robert worked at Charleston Day School as a K-12 Instructor.
