Neil Willis, RCDD has an extensive background in the technology industry. Neil began their career in 1991 as an Electronics Engineer in the United States Air Force. In 1994, they moved to Delta Dental as the Director of Information Technology. In 1996, they founded Alphanet Internet Communications, Inc., the first ISP in the US to offer content filtering of pornography for families and businesses. Neil developed the "Radius-side packet filtering" technology and submitted a US patent for their work in 1997. In 1999, they joined B&R Communications, Inc. as Senior Vice President. In 2002, they founded Cynergi Systems, LLC, specializing in integration and development of AV/IT Technology systems for the education and healthcare markets. In 2005, they became CEO of CQ Media Networks, a division of Cynergi Systems, Inc. where they focused on digital content delivery systems. Finally, in 2013, they founded Hypersign.com, a software development company focusing on creating outstanding content delivery solutions for the education, healthcare and enterprise markets. Hypersign.com has won over 25 national awards, including the INC 5000, and was recognized as the fastest growing digital signage company in the US.

Neil Willis attended the University of South Carolina from 1989 to 1991, studying Biology and Pre-Medicine. Neil then attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1991 to 1993, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2004, they obtained the RCDD certification from BICSI. Finally, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012, studying Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
