Theodore Dow is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance, investment management, and advisory roles across several organizations. As Managing Director at Paddington St Finance since 2016, Theodore has played a pivotal role in providing middle market corporate loans, leveraging the Research and Development Tax Incentive. In addition to current advisory board positions at Hypersonix Launch Systems and Planet Ark Power, Theodore serves as Chair of the Advisory Board at JIDA Capital Partners Ltd, focusing on clean energy investments. Previously, Theodore held the Chief Investment Officer role at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, managing a significant mandate for clean energy infrastructure.
