Ofir Yanai

Ofir Yanai is a seasoned backend developer with extensive experience in the technology and data sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Developer at Hyperspace since December 2022, Ofir is involved in building a high-performance search database. Prior experience includes working as a Backend Engineer at Aggua, where Ofir contributed to the development of a data catalogue product, and a role as a Python Developer for the Ministry of Health Israel, supporting COVID-19 response efforts through the creation of a data access library. Ofir has also held positions as a Big Data Engineer at Lightricks, where innovative data processing solutions were implemented, and a Software Engineer in the Israel Defence Forces, focusing on micro-services and various programming technologies. Ofir holds a degree from The Open University of Israel, completed between 2015 and 2019.
