Ali Khosroshahi

Ali Khosroshahi has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality assurance, sustainability, and efficiency management. Ali has worked as a Senior QA and Sustainability Manager at the Hypertec Group, where they were responsible for implementing and certifying ISO standards, managing corporate sustainability projects, and conducting gap analysis and improvement projects. Ali also worked as a Product Certification Manager and Corporate Quality and Efficiency Manager at Hypertec, where they carried out similar responsibilities.

Prior to their time at Hypertec, Ali worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead at GE Renewable Energy, where they conducted quality inspections at supplier and subcontractor facilities. Ali also worked as a Sourcing Quality Manager at Voith Hydro, where they focused on improving supplier-related processes and ensuring compliance with quality systems.

Before their roles at GE Renewable Energy and Voith Hydro, Ali held the position of Corporate QA/QC Director at FluoroSeal Group, where they managed and evaluated the activities and processes of the QA department. Ali also worked as a Quality Assurance & Control Manager at Trident Maritime Systems, where they conducted inspections and improved the documentation management system.

Ali also served as a Production Supervisor at Negaresh Institute, where they supervised employees involved in designing, printing, and packaging customer orders.

Additionally, they earned a Master of Engineering - MEng in Industrial Engineering from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology.
