Hyrum Anderson

Hyrum Anderson, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in project management and technical roles. Hyrum is currently a Lead Technical Project Manager at Hypertherm Associates, where they oversee project management and leads cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Hyrum worked at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. as a Technical Project Manager, where they managed a team of engineers and led multiple concurrent projects. Hyrum also initiated process documentation and implemented project management software. Before that, they worked at HP in various roles, including R&D Project Manager, Technical Alliance Manager, Procurement Engineer, and Hardware Engineer. Hyrum successfully led product launches, developed new processes, and coordinated with cross-functional teams. Hyrum began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space, where they designed mechanical components and obtained security clearance for program work. Overall, Hyrum has a strong background in managing projects, leading teams, and driving successful outcomes.

Hyrum Anderson, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, which they obtained between 1996 and 1998. Furthermore, they have earned two additional certifications: "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2020) and "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute (obtained in July 2013).
