Ronald Stiles has extensive work experience in environment health and safety. Ronald worked as the Director of Environment Health & Safety at Hypertherm since December 2020. Prior to that, they spent almost a decade at Gates Corporation, where they held the position of Director of Global Health & Safety. Ronald was responsible for various aspects of safety program development and oversight, safety reporting and communication, global safety training development, and health & safety compliance program management. Before their time at Gates Corporation, Ronald worked at Pratt & Whitney for over a decade in various roles, including EH&S Manager and Global EH&S Assessment & Acquisition Integration Manager. Ronald began their career in the United States Air Force as a Bioenvironmental Engineering professional.
Ronald Stiles earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Arizona State University in 1998. Ronald went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management at W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University in 2000. In 2008, Ronald obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Tulane University, where they completed their education in 2011.
