Leon Chen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering and information technology management. At MEGA TRUENET from February 2021 to December 2023, Leon served as a System Engineer. Prior to that role, Leon was an Information Technology Manager at Kingtel Communications Limited from June 2017 to November 2020, responsible for maintaining CRM billing systems, Oracle databases, email servers, and various monitoring platforms. Additionally, Leon functioned as a Field Operations Manager, overseeing fiber optic networks in overseas regions. Early career experiences include roles in line planning with Shanghai Postal Design and Consulting Research Institute and Zhejiang Communication Service Company. Leon holds a degree from Sichuan University of Technology, completed in 2013.
