Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Panel Science at Comscore, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Panel at Symphony Advanced Media, focusing on data integration and mobile media measurement. Additionally, Chuck held multiple positions at The Nielsen Company, culminating as Methodological Research Director, where early contributions included the creation of international research panels. Academic credentials encompass a Master’s degree in Applied Sociology from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from New Mexico State University.
