Ram Kanesan

Ram Kanesan's work experience starts in 2008 as a Java C# Developer at UBS Advisory IT. Ram later joined UBS as an Associate Director in Equity Derivatives IT, where they worked on various projects related to order management systems and connectivity. In 2015, Ram worked as a Senior Associate at SGX, focusing on delivering solutions for trading and derivatives clearing functions. After that, they joined M-DAQ Global as a Vice President, where they were responsible for enhancing the platform's technology stack. In 2017, Ram became a Senior Software Engineer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ram then joined CompareAsiaGroup as the Head of Engineering - Comparison, overseeing personal finance platforms. Currently, Ram is the Group Director of Engineering at MoneyHero Group, leading and managing a high-performing team and implementing a zero-trust, multi-tenanted event-driven architecture.

Ram Kanesan pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science from Imperial College London from 2006 to 2010.
