Alex McGonagle

Alex McGonagle is a seasoned software engineer with diverse experience in developing and implementing innovative applications across various platforms. Currently at Hypotenuse Labs since November 2022, Alex specializes in technologies such as NodeJS, React, GraphQL, and TypeScript. Prior to this role, Alex co-founded Mello, aimed at simplifying DeFi onboarding, and founded The DeFi Coach, offering consultations in DeFi, NFTs, and the Metaverse. As a co-founder and software engineer at Bottleneck, Alex leveraged AI to enhance customer service efficiency. A former Lead React Native Software Engineer at CarTrawler, Alex led a team in developing mobile applications for major airlines, combining technical leadership with agile methodologies. Alex holds a PGDip in Computer Science and a HDip in Computer Science, focusing on mobile application development.
