Prachi Agrawal

Prachi Agrawal has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Prachi is currently working at Hysata as a Senior Commercial Manager since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Strategy Manager at Transgrid from September 2021 to January 2023. Prachi also has experience working at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where they held the roles of Manager - Untapped Reserves 2.0 from March 2021 to August 2021, and Consultant from September 2019 to February 2021. Before joining BCG, they worked as a Summer Consultant at the same company in June 2018-August 2018. Prachi also has experience in the energy industry, having worked at Shell as an Electrical Engineer from September 2013 to April 2017, and as an Electrical Maintenance Team Lead from September 2014 to August 2016. During their time at Shell, they were also part of their graduate programs. Prachi started their career as an Electrical Engineer - Trainee at Petroleum Development Oman under the Shell Graduate Program from September 2012 to August 2013, and prior to that, they worked as a Modelling and Optimisation Engineer under the Shell Graduate Program from October 2011 to September 2012.

Prachi Agrawal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from London Business School from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 2007 and 2011. Their secondary education was completed at Sacred Heart Convent Higher Secondary School from 1994 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Prachi Agrawal obtained a certification in WSET Level 3 (Wine) at a merit grade from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in November 2022.
