Jim Sander

Jim Sander M.B.A is an experienced operations and project management professional with a robust background in the manufacturing and service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hyspeco since October 2016, Jim has successfully overseen significant growth in custom fabrication capabilities. From May 2010 to October 2016, Jim held the position of Project Production Manager, enhancing operational efficiency from $3M to $15M annually. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Gateway Fluid Power, where Jim managed a manufacturing facility and contributed to substantial sales, along with experience in sales and technical assistance throughout various roles in the hydraulic and pneumatic sectors. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Southeast Missouri State University.
