Mark A. Cleveland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 1990, they worked at Jubitz Corporation as the Vice President of Network Development and later as the Vice President of Fleet Services at DAT Insurance Services. During this time, they played a key role in creating business partnerships, implementing marketing plans, and providing operational management. From 1999 to 2001, Cleveland served as the Vice President of Sales at Park N View, where they managed a team of sales professionals and focused on strategic partnerships and business development. Following that, from 2001 to 2004, they were the President of ACS | Truckload Management TripPak Services, leading the provider of outsourced mailroom services and software solutions in the transportation industry. During their tenure, they launched integrated CRM and was responsible for software development and deployment teams. From 2004 to 2006, Cleveland worked as the Division Vice President at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), where they launched CRM initiatives and optimized strategic business units and service contract models. From 2008 to 2014, Cleveland co-founded Swiftwick, a Tennessee-based company specializing in high-performance athletic socks and compression liners, where they served as CEO until retirement. In 2009, they acquired Hobby Lobby International, rebranded it as Hobby Express, and sold the company in 2018. Lastly, since 2016, Cleveland has been the Co-Founder and CEO of Hytch, LLC, a company addressing transportation problems by using targeted cash incentives to motivate shared rides. Mark A. Cleveland obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lipscomb University from 2014 to 2017.
