Donald Walker

Donald Walker has extensive experience in management, particularly within the cannabis industry. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Hytiva since October 2016, Donald focuses on fostering a positive work environment and influencing company culture. Previously, as General Manager at Korova Cannabis from January 2018 to January 2019, Donald structured production operations for sustainability. In the role of General Manager at Silver Sage Wellness from 2016 to 2017, responsibilities included overseeing over 25 employees, managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and ensuring quality control from seed to sale. Earlier experience includes a tenure as General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2007 to 2013 and as a Warehouse Sorter at UPS from April 2004 to April 2006, where Donald earned recognition for exceptional performance.
