Rajasekar R has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Section at Hyundai MOBIS since March 2014, where roles have included Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, and Executive in Human Resources. Prior experience includes an Officer role at Grupo Antolin, focusing on recruitment and performance management, and HR Executive at JBM Group, where strategic HR practices were implemented. Rajasekar holds an MBA in HR from Vels Srinivasa College of Engineering and Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from Dr. Ambedkar Law University, and a B.Sc in Statistics from Loyola College.
