Johnny Sanchez

Johnny Sanchez is an experienced talent operations leader, currently serving as the Head of Talent Operations and Technology at Rivian since October 2024 and also as the Founder of a stealth startup. Previously, Johnny held significant roles at DoorDash, Square, Block, and Netflix, where responsibilities included leading global talent operations, establishing scalable talent technology solutions, and driving talent enablement strategies. At Netflix, Johnny was pivotal in creating the first talent technology team and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance recruiting processes. Additional experience includes advising for Ideal and overseeing talent acquisition and development at Hot Topic. Johnny's educational background includes studies at Cypress College and The Wharton School.
